I can't believe he's 3 months old already...

This baby is exhausting!

August Adventures

Oh, August.  It still sounds like summer, but, actually, it's just an unbearably hot month full of back-to-school denial. Even though he's a little young for school, Brennan did plenty of learning this month on his own:

He learned to play cards,

to help out around the house,

to rock some shades,

to be mom's personal trainer,

to count on his animal friends,

to roll,

to take silly selfies,

to use a smartphone,

probably an Outside Magazine article

and to walk.

(Just kidding.)

He also taught some lessons in babysitting,

budgeting,

and a deep appreciation for (rare) quiet moments.

Mostly, though, he just spent the month being really stinkin' cute.
